Reposting | Selling
◆ You are allowed to repost my arts WITH my twitter link / user credits but I NEVER allowed my animations / videos reposted at all.
◆ Monetized reposting are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. Demonetized it instead.
◆ Commercial used are never allowed either. Do NOT sell any of my arts, those were personal use ONLY.
◆ If you wish to collab with me, do please dm about it.FAILED TO FOLLOW THE RULES ABOVE, you'll be mark as blacklist.

.GENERAL. By commissioning me you agree to all the terms listed. Any violation of my terms can potentially lead to being blacklisted. Please be aware that the following terms may be changed without notice..PAYMENT. - Payment must be sent within 24-48 hours once your commission is approved.
- Payment is taken upfront through VGen's payment services. I am unable to start your commission if I have not received payment.
- Failure to receive payment without notice or notification of any delays beforehand will result in the cancellation of your commission request.
- For commercial works, pricing will be privately discussed between the client and the artist; please be willing to pay at least 1.5x - 2x the amount of the price (or even more) listed for non-commercial commissions..REVISION.
- I will provide a sketch of your commission and you will be able to request for revisions during then. Once that is settled, I will send a revised version of the sketch for your approval.
- Major revisions after completion will result in extra charges.
- Minor revisions (color adjustments, missing accessories, etc.) are free of charge, but are limited to 2 revisions before incurring a small fee..REFUND.
- A commission that has not yet begun can be fully refunded.
- The starting or finished commission is not returnable.
- No refunds if the client are not happy with the final result, my apologies. You have a lot of chances to see sketches and modifications..COMMUNICATION.
Communication can be done through VGen dms and Twitter dms only.- WIPs will be provided once I finished the sketch, but please feel free to ask about updates on your commission at any time!

.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY.
- Turnaround time varies from 2 weeks to 1 months. Any longer than 2 months will be communicated with the client.
- You are free to request more WIPs and ask about updates, however do not spam me daily/weekly regarding updates.
- If the commission needs to be finished by a specific deadline, please let me know. A rush fee up to +50% the price may be applied, depending how close the deadline is.
- Your patience is deeply appreciate..USE.
- I do not condone the use of my art for the selling of NFTs or for the use of AI training/databases. Any or all of my works used on blockchain websites and services are infringements and will be reported.
- Unless stated otherwise, all of my commissions are private/personal use only and do not come with commercial rights automatically.Please ask if you'd like to purchase commercial rights when asking for a commission. As a commissioner purchasing non-commercial artwork you may: Use the artwork as icons, headers, in personal galleries, etc.Share on social media as long as you credit me as the artist somewhere.As a commissioner buying commercial artwork: Specifics of what may/may be allowed will be discussed, however at the very least I ask that you credit me somewhere even when using my works commercially.However, the use of my artwork for anything involving NFTS, blockchains, and AI is forbidden..In the end.
